Dear sisters and brothers,
It is with profound love and joy that we announce the celebrations for the 146th birth anniversary of Pujya Shri Lalaji Maharaj at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad.. The celebrations will commence with the evening group meditation on 9 February and conclude with the morning group meditation on 11 February.
REGISTRATION
Registration is mandatory for all participants including children. While registering, please provide all necessary details, so we can plan well.
If there are changes in your plans, please also update your registration information by visiting the same link.
We ask that elders and children refrain from attending. This will not be enforced, so if you insist on attending arrangements will be made.
ADJOINING WORKSHOPS FOR THE EDUCATION SECTOR: S-CONNECT & U-CONNECT WORKSHOP
A workshop about School Connect and University Connect is planned from 12 to 14 February for all the volunteers who have been conducting Heartfulness sessions in educational institutions across the country. This workshop will be in English and Hindi is to improve the quality and consistency in delivery and content of our S- and U-Connect programs.
ACCOMMODATION & COMFORT DORMITORIES
All participants will be accommodated in the tents from 7 to 11 February and in the Comfort Dormitories on other days.
There will be separate tents arranged for Senior Citizens.
Those wishing to avail the Comfort Dormitories during 7 to 11 February need to book online. Once the registration is complete, the Book Comfort Dorm button will appear on the registration page, as shown below. Please complete your booking using the button on that page.
As heavy construction activities will be going on during the celebration, regretfully we will not be in a position to accommodate more than 20,000 participants for the celebration. Please kindly register only if you are sure of attending once flight & train bookings have been made.
REGISTRATION FEES & DONATIONS
There are no mandatory registration fees for attending the celebration, however events of this magnitude incur a cost of around Rs 1000/- per participant. Please donate as much as possible, as per your convenience.
Online donations can be made by clicking on the Donate Online button after registering. You can also donate at your local centres or at the venue.
TRANSPORTATION
For your convenience, transport will be arranged from Secunderabad, Kacheguda, Shadnagar, and Vikarabad railway stations and the airport. Please fill the transportation section in the registration form and update the information based on any changes in your plans. This will help us plan the number of buses and cabs required at various times.
A separate circular will be sent out few days before the start of the celebrations, with more details about transportation and parking.
WEATHER & MEDICAL FACILITIES
The weather at the venue during this time of the year may be cold and temperatures can drop to 8 degrees centigrade. There are basic medical facilities at the venue, but anyone with poor health, mental or psychiatric conditions is not permitted to visit.
OVERSEAS VISITORS
It is mandatory for all overseas visitors who have an Indian Visa to fill out an FRRO Form, a requirement from the Indian Government. OCI & PIO card holders need not fill out this form.
VOLUNTEERING
A celebration is a great opportunity to render service and be absorbed in His remembrance. There are more than 50 different volunteering activities during the celebration, so please select the volunteer activity on the registration form. It will help each department to contact you and coordinate better.
Also, we request each zone to send 5 to 10 volunteers one week before the celebration who can coordinate and plan activities with their respective zones.
PREPARING YOURSELF FOR THE CELEBRATIONS
We encourage you to practise intensely in preparation for attending the celebration. Please take regular sittings, be absorbed in the meditative state as much as possible, read the Mission literature, and make positive suggestions in your free time, including:

Everything surrounding us, the air particles, people, the birds, the trees…
everything around us is deeply absorbed in Godly remembrance.
