Family Seminar
This seminar gives the opportunity for families to spend a week of their summer holiday together in the spiritual and joyful atmosphere at the Ashram with a programme that is specifically focused on children and parenthood. For children and youth from all over Europe it is an opportunity to create long lasting friendships. Family members who are not introduced into Sahaj Marg are also most welcome during this seminar.
New Year Seminar
Vrads Sande Ashram is a wonderful place to be when winter is deepest and we move from one year to another. In a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere, it is a couple of days to focus on our inner relation to Master, be with brothers, sisters, and family and enjoy the beautiful nature.
Apart from the main seminars mentioned above there are other seminars and activities throughout the year, such as the autumn seminar and English language seminar, UN days, working Saturdays, etc. For more information please have a look at our online calendar here
Trainings
There is plenty of space around the year to host seminars, trainings and projects that you can organise yourself as a group, centre, country or region. If you are interested, please contact us at: vrads@srcm.org
Internship
The internship is a programme for abhyasis who would like to live at the Vrads Sande Ashram for a defined period of time, be a part of the community and get a feel for Ashram life and organisation.
The internship is for abhyasis who are able to dedicate 1 to 3 months to staying at the Ashram and would like to devote that period of time to both spiritual evolution and active participation in the work and other Ashram activities. In that sense the internship is a way to learn how to live a Sahaj Marg way of life.
An internship will provide an understanding of living in and maintaining an Ashram. In other words the intern will get a feel for the special lifestyle in an Ashram and for the way activities and seminars are organised there. If you are interested, please contact us at: vrads@srcm.org
