Birth Anniversary of Samarth Guru Mahatma SHRI RAM CHANDRAJI

It was during this era of hopes and fears, scepticism, misguided beliefs, uncertainties and suspense that the Divine Light descended on earth on the auspicious day of Basant Panchami, the 2nd of February 1873. Samarth Guru Mahatma Shri Ram Chandra Ji was born at Fatehgarh, in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. A silent promise was made by Nature; a disguised hand was extended for help, and though unknowingly, humanity set about throwing off its load and freeing itself from the iron bonds it had itself put on.

Dear sisters and brothers,

Namaste. On the most auspicious occasion of Param Pujya Shri Lalaji Maharaj’s birth anniversary, let us all get together in a solemn gathering, honouring the memory of our great Adi Guru. While the Meditation Hall being built at Kanha Shantivanam will be inaugurated later date, we shall all get together and commemorate Lalaji’s birthday at Kanha Shantivanam on 9, 10 and 11 February 2019.

At this juncture as construction activities are going on in parallel, we will, regretfully, not be in a position to host more than 20,000 participants and will close registrations at this limit. However please kindly register only if you are sure of attending. It is also my sincere request that elders and children refrain from traveling. This is not mandatory, but if you still insist on attending, arrangements will be made.

A separate communication with registration information for those wishing to attend the celebrations here in Kanha is being sent. Those who are unable to participate at Kanha can also attend the celebrations at all Ashrams and Meditation Centres across the globe on 10 February 2019.
