From North (I-91 from Canada/Vermont/Greenfield, MA)

  • Take I-91 South Exit 24
  • Turn left off exit
  • Turn right at first light onto Route 116
  • Go straight through one light
  • Continue 1 mile over bridge over Connecticut River
  • Follow straight through one light
  • Continue 1 mile to the Sunderland Ashram / Natural Path Meditation Center on right (if you come to 7-11 Store and Shopping Plaza you have passed the driveway to the ashram)
  • The building is white with a red brick front and white columns. Drive around to the back of building to the ashram entrance.

From South (I-91 from Hartford, CT):

  • Take I-91 North to Exit 24
  • Turn right off exit onto Route 5&10
  • Turn right immediately at light onto Route 116
  • Go straight through one light
  • Continue 1 mile over bridge over Connecticut River
  • Follow straight through one light
  • Continue 1 mile to the Sunderland Ashram / Natural Path Meditation Center on right (if you come to 7-11 Store and Shopping Plaza you have passed the driveway to the Ashram)
  • The building is white with a red brick front and white columns. Drive around to the back of the building to the ashram entrance.
